In this paper the reaction mechanisms of octahedron composition in nucleophihc substitution reaction have been introduced. More attention has given to the influencing factors of octahedron composition in nucleophihc substitution reaction, such as, the nature of core ions （or atom） , leaving group, observing group and steric effect.
