摘要
化学新课程的推行对中学化学教师自身的专业素质提出了新的要求和挑战,新课程从专业知识、专业能力以及专业情意等三个方面对中学化学教师提出了新的要求,只有从以上三方面提高教师自身素质,才能适应化学新课程的教学.
New Chemistry courses have brought in new requirements and challenges to senior middle school Chemistry teachers' professional quality. This paper has studied how to improve senior middle school Chemistry teachers' professional quality from professional knowledge, professional competence and professional feeling.
