摘要
选用Ⅱ级粉煤灰和SN-Ⅱ型高效减水剂,采用“超量取代法”配制了水股比在0.3-0.4范围、粉煤灰最大取代水泥量50%的粉煤灰混凝土。以试验室加速腐蚀试验研究了水化早期混凝土抵抗盐酸溶液侵蚀的能力,讨论了低水胶比条件下,粉煤灰律量、水胶比及水泥品种等因素对粉煤灰混凝土耐盐酸侵蚀性能的影响。
By using Class Ⅱ fly ash and sN- Ⅱ type high efficiency water reducer and adopting 'over - quantityreplacement method', fly ash concrete with a water - gel ratio in the range of 0. 3 ~ 0. 4 and a maximum 50 % cementreplacement quantity by fly ash is prepared, the ability to resist the attack of hydrochloric acid solution by thehydrated early - age concrete is studied by the accelerated corrosion test in the laboratory and the effects of the factors suchas the fly ash content, water - gel ratio and the cement brand, etc. on the hydrochloride acid - resistant performance offly ash concrete under the low water - gel ratio condition are discussed.
