摘要
为提高劳动效率,降低工人劳动强度,设计了大规格瓷砖自动包装码垛生产线。该生产线由上砖、裹包、捆扎和码垛四大模块组成,每个模块根据不同的包装工艺要求有几种实现模式,整线采用PLC控制,各模块既能独立工作,又可以实现模块之间的互相通讯。整线3个人操作,生产速度10包/分钟,每天(24小时)产量不小于12000包,基本满足了目前产量最大的瓷砖生产线的需求。
A mass auto product line of packing and pallet pilling for ceramic tile is designed to improve the production efficiency and reduce a great deal of the laboring intensity.The tile putting,angle packing,enlacing,and pallet pilling are the four basic modules in the line.Each module is able to operate multi-patterns according to different requirements.The PLC is introduced to control the whole line.The whole line need 3 workers to operate,its speed is 9 package/minutes,and output is not less than 12000 package in 24 hours.Through the large-scale application,it is verified that this automatic packaging line meets the current demand for ceramic tile production line.
