Research on Maintenance Application of Different Electric Power Network Systems based on CIM of IEC Standard

目前IEC61970CIM标准已经发布,IEC相关工作组也在研究利用SVG图形格式实现电网接线图的表达和不同系统之间的图形共享。利用CIMXML实现异构系统之间应用模块间的网络模型参数共享和数据交换,并且实现图形和数据模型的自动联互导且免人工维护。

Followed the release of the CIM standard IEC 61970,many workgroups have used the Scalable Vector Graphics（SVG） graphics format to represent the electric power network topology,and to achieve the graphics sharing among different systems.Based on the CIM XML,network modeling parameters and data produced by different systems can be freely shared and exchanged within various application modules across multiple platforms.In the meanwhile,network graphics and data models can be efficiently reproduced from one system to another without maintenance.
