摘要
通过对近终型异型坯连铸机工艺、设备及配套耐火材料的设计改造,实现了具有塞棒自动控制功能的单水口全保护浇注工艺,保护浇注工艺条件下,结晶器流场合理,保护渣液渣层分布均匀稳定。不但防止了钢水的二次氧化,提高了连铸坯质量,同时提高了连铸机的自动化控制水平,降低了工人的劳动强度,改善了作业环境。
The single-nozzle pouring with all protection which has the stopper auto-control function was realized by design and modification of processes,equipments and the related refractory materials for the near-net-shape profiled blank caster.Under the condition of pouring with protection,the flow field in mould was reasonable,fluid layer of flux distributed evenly and stable.Thus,not only secondary oxidation in steel was prevented,the slab quality was also improved,meanwhile the automatic control level was improved,labor intensity was decreased and working environment was improved.
