摘要
分析了50t钢包渣线耐材侵蚀原因,通过采取稳定精炼渣系、改进钢包砌筑及烘烤方法、优化生产组织流程等技术措施提高了钢包渣线使用寿命,由原来的不足15次提高到现在的21次。
The causes of the refractory corrosion for 50t ladle slag line were analyzed,and the service life of ladle slag line was lift from 15 times to 21 times by the technical measures such as stabilizing refining slag system,improving ladle＇s masonry and baking methods and improving production process.
