摘要
高料层烧结是改善烧结矿的冶金性能、降低燃耗的重要手段。莱钢265m2烧结机采用预热混合料、强化制粒、配加蛇纹石等措施,成功实现了料层为750mm的高料层烧结工艺。
Thick-bed Sintering is an important means of improving the metallurgy-property of sinter and reducing fuel consumption.The sintering progress of thick bed with thickness of 750mm has been successfully realized by preheating mixed material,intensifying granulation and adding serpentine for 265 m2 sintering plant in Laigang.
