硼铁合金中硼和铝的联合快速测定 被引量:2

摘要 试样以碱熔融,热水浸取,将铁、锰、镍等干扰元素沉淀与硼、铝分离,采用碳酸钙沉淀铝消除对硼的干扰,通过对酸度控制和调节,硼酸转化等步骤,确定了甘油转化—酸碱滴定法测定硼铁中硼的分析方法。铝以偏铝酸钠形式存在滤液中,用盐酸调节滤液PH=4.5,加入过量的EDTA与铝络合,以PAN为指示剂,用硫酸铜标准溶液间接滴定法测定铝量。该方法操作简便、快速、结果准确,有较强的可操作性。 Samples were fused by alkali and leached out by hot water,boron and aluminum were separated by the precipitition of iron,manganese,nickel and other interfering elements,then aluminum was precipitated by using calcium carbonate to suppress the interference to boron,and the transformation of glycerin was determined through the control and regulation of acidity and the transformation of boric acid-an analysis method for determination of boron in ferroboron using acid-base titration. Aluminum was in the form of sodium aluminate in the filtrate,which was adjusted using acid hydroc to pH=4.5,excessive EDTA was added to complex with aluminum,then the content of aluminum was determined indirectly by titrating with CuSO4 standard solution and using PAN as indicator.The method is convenient,rapid,accurate,and has good maneuverability.
