Construction of Congruence lattice of Symmetrical and Extended Bounded Distributive Lattice

We generalize the concept of the separable congruence relation on the lattice to the symmetrical and extended bounded distributive lattice.And some properties of the separable congruence relation are discussed.Furthermore,we obtain a sufficient and necessary condition for the congruence lattice being a Boolean lattice by these properties.
