Q商住楼的改造对策及其更新设计

城镇的成长是一个不断演进的过程。由于原有的街道需要拓宽，沿街两侧的商住楼必然面临着改造的问题。该文以Q商住楼为例，根据原有的基地条件，提出了Q商住楼的建筑更新设计方案。

Development of the city is a continously changing process. Building along the street would certainly face the problems about reconstruction because original road of the street would be enlarged. In this paper, reconstructed tactics of shophousing Q would be discussed and then, according to the condition of original environment, a new architectural design about the shop-housing Q would be showed.
