采油用超声波与化学防垢技术研究及应用 被引量:7

摘要 集输系统水体结垢是各大油田都面临的普遍问题,为此,把超声波与化学防垢剂的防垢技术相结合进行了研究。针对不同的超声波防垢器的前级信号波形、不同的超声波频率和功率及防垢剂添加前后等进行了防垢效果实验。结果显示:使用频率为25 kHz、功率为120 W的矩形脉冲超声波,添加10 mg/L的防垢剂,防垢效率最高可达到97%。结果说明,物理防垢与化学防垢结合有显著的协同增效作用。所研制的超声波防垢器在长庆油田已获得良好的应用效果。 Water scaling of oil field gathering and transferring system is a common problem faced by almost all major oil fields.Therefore the antiscaling technology combining ultrasonic descaler with antiscale has been studied.This article conducts in-depth research on the relationship of the characteristic of ultrasonic and the effect of antiscaling,which shows that desirable result can be achieved by improving forestage signal waveform of ultrasonic descaler,choosing reasonable ultrasonic frequency and adding right amount of antiscale.The results show that the highest antiscaling efficiency is 97% by using 25 kHz,120 watt rectangular ultrasonic pulse,and adding 10 mg/L antiscale.The physical antiscaling method combining with chemical antiscaling method has an obvious synergistic effect.The ultrasonic descaler for oil extraction developed according to the findings of this research has been successfully applied in Changqing Oil Field.
