摘要
随着我国高等教育步入"大众化教育"阶段,如何对学生进行有效的考勤管理成为亟待解决的难题。本文通过Excel中的随机数和数据透视表功能,实现学生考勤数据的产生、录入和汇总管理,从而形成学生考勤管理新的实用方法。该方法具有独特的优势,可以为教师进行考勤管理和教学管理部门制定相关管理制度提供有益的参考。
While entering into the stage of the popular education in China′s university,How to carry out effective attendance management becomes the difficult problem to be solved urgently.Data of Students′ Attendance will be collected,input and summarized by random number and data perspective table in Excel,thus,a new and practical method of attendance management was formed.It has a unique advantage,which would be benefit to carry on the attendance management for teachers and to formulate the control system for the department of teaching management.
