摘要
食品是人类赖以生存的物质基础,"民以食为天,食以安为先"。近年来,从中央到各级政府,从政府官员到普通百姓,对食品安全问题的关注可以说到了前所未有的程度。介绍了食品安全的概念及《食品安全法》的有关问题,结合实例系统地归纳了引发食品安全问题的因素,并重点从食品生产原料和食品加工过程方面提出了安全控制措施。
Food is the basic material for human beings' existence,just as the Chinese proverb says "bread is the staff of life;safety is the prime issue of food".In recent years,the focus on food safety has reached to such a great extent that governments at different levels and people from all walks of life have shown deep concerns.This paper gives introductions to the concepts of food safety and talks about some relevant issues concerning "Food Safety Law",summarizes systematically the factors leading to the problems of food safety by giving detailed examples,and then puts forward controlling measures in food safety especially from the food producing materials and the procedure of food processing.
