河北省海域承载力多层次模糊综合评价

Multiple Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Carrying Capacity for Hebei Province Marine

借鉴有关承载力的研究成果,利用多层次模糊综合评判法对河北省海域承载力进行了评价分析。结果表明:1996—2006年间河北省近海海域承载力一直处于超载状态,但承载状况总体趋于好转;人口和环境污染的加剧、环境治理能力和科技发展水平缓慢、资源供给能力不足是导致河北省海域承载力超载的主要因素。基于此提出了改善河北省海域承载状况的对策建议。

Based on the research results of carrying capacity,the carrying capacity of Hebei province marine was assessed through introducing the mutiple fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results showed the carrying capacity of Hebei Province marine had been overloading from 1996 to 2006,but the developing trend of carrying capacity has become better;The overloading reseasons of Hebei province marine were the extensive development of marine economy,the lower optimization degree of marine industrial structure,the rapid growth of population,the large quantities of pollutants into the sea and the lag of environmental protection and marine science and technology;Based on this analysis,the suggestions of improving the loads status of Hebei procvince marine were put forward.
