With the revitalization of traditional industrial bases,a series of environmental management issues triggered by construction become increasingly prominent.In particular,people＇s environmental awareness is growing,their demand of environmental quality in life becomes increasingly higher.Whereas noise problem has become a hotspot of environmental hotline complaints.On the basis of analyzing noise disturbance and failing to pay as provided for the fee for the discharge of pollutants,the article presented relevant recommendations and countermeasures.
