摘要
介绍了石英微天平快速测垢技术的原理，并对测定的重现性、温度的影响及所采用化学药剂的阻垢性能进行了研究。结果表明，该技术能快速准确地评价阻垢工艺的效果。
The principle of quick monitoring of scaling characteristic by the quartz crystal microbalance was described in the paper.The study included the reproducibility of monitoring and the impact of temperature.The anti-scale function of two chemicals was compared by this method.The results showed that this method could evaluate the effect of anti-scale process accurately and quickly.
