摘要
15世纪郑和领先于西方各国七下西洋,但由于制度落后,导致近代中国错失海洋贸易机遇。而荷兰、英国因在制度创新方面各有特色而成为贸易强国。美国作为持续时间最长的贸易强国,其在制度创新方面的系统优势尤其值得重视与借鉴。改革开放30年来中国迅速崛起为贸易大国离不开制度变迁,中国要从贸易大国走向贸易强国仍然要通过深化改革进行制度创新。
China took the lead in trade in the 15th century by Zheng He＇s seven great voyages to the West,while in modern times,it missed the maritime trade opportunities for the backwardness of its institution.However,the Netherlands,the United Kingdom became the trade powers due to their institutional characteristics and innovation.The United States,as the longest-existing trade power,its innovational institution is especially worthy of attention and reference.The rise of China as a great trading nation cannot be parted from institutional innovation within the 30 years＇of reform and opening-up,and the road to trade power needs to be supported by further reform and innovation.
