摘要
文章阐明了跨境人民币结算的运行现状及变化趋势,揭示了跨境人民币结算的利弊效应,提出了加快跨境人民币结算产品创新、制度创新和规模监测,增加境外人民币回流渠道、发展人民币离岸市场,完善风险监管体系等稳步推进跨境人民币结算的对策。
The paper illustrates the operation situation and trends of cross-border RMB settlement,reveal the pros and cons of cross-border RMB settlement.It proposes ways to speed up the product innovation,system innovation and scale monitoring of the cross-border RMB settlement;while increase offshore RMB return channels,develop offshore RMB market,perfect risk control system,etc.
