摘要
组织周边绩效是关系到组织整体绩效实现的重要内容之一。本文从组织沟通的视角分析组织绩效管理过程中存在的问题和加强组织周边绩效的重要性,并提出改进组织周边绩效的相关对策。
Organizational contextual performance is an important aspect relating to the surrounding tissue to achieve the overall performance.Based on organizational communication,this paper analyzes the problems of the process of organizational performance management and the importance of strengthening the organization contextual performance,proposes relevant countermeasures to improve the contextual performance.
