电子支气管镜引导下覆膜气道支架置入术治疗肿瘤性食管气管瘘的临床分析

Clinical Efficacy of Tracheal Stent Implantation in Malignant Tracheoesophageal Fistula under the Direction of Electrobronchoscope

目的观察电子支气管镜下覆膜气道支架置入术治疗肿瘤性食管气管瘘的近期疗效。方法选择32例肿瘤性食管气管瘘患者,在电子支气管镜引导下置入覆膜气道支架,观察覆膜气道支架置入前后瘘口有无染色剂溢出、呛咳、生活质量和肺部感染的变化。结果 32例患者放置成功,覆膜气道支架置入术后,瘘口无染色剂溢出,呛咳及肺部感染情况明显好转,生活质量明显提高。结论电子支气管镜下覆膜气道支架置入术对肿瘤性食管气管瘘患者安全有效,可明显改善患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of tracheal stent implantation guided under the electrobronchoscopy in malignant tracheoesophageal fistula.Methods The enrolled 32 patients with tracheoesophageal fistula received coated tracheobronchial stenting insertion inducted by an electrobronchoscope.Therapeutic effects evaluation included comparison of degrees of cough,pulmonary infection and qualities of life before and after operation.Results All stents were implanted successfully with no stains detected from the fistula.After the coated stents were inserted,patients showed disappearance of cough during food taking,less severe pulmonary infection and remarkable improvements of qualities of life.Conclusion The tracheal stent implantation guided under the electrobronchoscope is an effective and safe treatment for tracheoesophageal fistula,and can improve the qualities of life of the patients remarkably.
