近些年,澳大利亚的职业教育发展较快,值得学习和借鉴的地方很多。通过比较研究其就业工作、继续教育工作的理念和做法,特别是以能力为本位,技能立国的先进理念,对我国职业教育的发展有一定的借鉴意义。

The vocational education in Australian has been developing rapidly.This paper makes a comparison research on the idea and practice of its employment and further education,esp.the idea of Ability-orientation and Building the Country on Skills,which is instructive to China＇s vocational education development.
