摘要
国电重庆恒泰发电有限公司FSSS系统火检不稳定、全炉膛灭火逻辑竣工图与实际DPU中组态有较大出入,存在极大的安全隐患。本文针对该FSSS系统存在的问题进行了分析,提出了改进措施,改善了系统的控制性能,显著减少了锅炉全年熄火次数。
The flame checks of the FSSS system of Guodian Chongqing Hengtai Power Plant are not steady and the furnace extinguishment protection logic completion work chart does not conform with the configuration of the actual DPU, which cause potential security hazard. To solve the problems, the essay presents measures for improvement which can not only improve the control performance of the system but also greatly reduce the frequency of the flameout of the furnace.
