关于高校辅导员工作的思考

A Study on Supervisors' Work in Colleges and Universities

辅导员是高校大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,但对辅导员工作目前还存在认识误区,辅导员自身也存在一些问题。为了提高工作效率与效果,应该对辅导员进行正确的角色定位,提高其自身素质,同时还要借助网络平台和发挥班委和党团的带头作用,以学生为本做好大学生思想政治工作。

Supervisors in colleges and universities play an key role in students＇ ideological and political education. There are not only misunderstandings in supervisors＇ work but also problems in themselves. In order to improve their work efficiency and effects, appropriate role positioning is essential to improve their quality. Besides, network platforms, class committee members, the communist party organizations and the communist youth league organizations should play an active auxiliary role.
