根据孔子对古之君子如何规范、约束自身的欲望、行为提出的准则,以及老一辈革命家的相关论述,论证在新的历史时期,共产党员应不断加强自身修养、严格要求、有效约束个人的欲望与行为,从而成为一个高尚的、有利于社会、有利于人民的人。

Based on Confucius＇s norms of how to govern and restrict one＇s desires and behaviours together with relevant treatises of the revolutionists of the older generation, this essay trys to prove that party members should enhance their self-cultivation as well as governing and restricting their desires and behaviours to be noble-minded ones benefiting both the society and the people in it.
