The Basic Requirement for the Teachers to Devote Themselves into the Development of Television and Radio Broadcasting University at the Prefecture or City Level in the New Situation

作为地市级电大教育工作者特别是教师,怎样在学习领会、贯彻落实全教会和《教育规划纲要》基本精神的新形势下,倾心效力电大事业的科学发展。基本要求有六:教育思想须端正;教育观念须更新;教育本领须增强;教学内容须精选;教学方法须改革;教学效益须提升。

As educators,especially teachers,of television and radio broadcasting university at the prefecture or city level,how can we fully devote ourselves into the scientific development of the television and radio broadcasting university cause in the new situation of learning and carrying out the basic spirits of the Outline of the Program for Education Development？ The author holds the view that there are six basic requirements： the educational thought should be corrected;the educational concepts should be renewed;the teaching capacity should be improved;the teaching content should be carefully chosen;the teaching methods should be reformed;the teaching efficiency should be promoted.
