摘要
选举制度是民主的重要体现之一,选区划分是保证选举制度顺利进行的重要条件。通过对国外较有代表性的集中选区划分进行比较分析,结合我国选举制度中的选区划分存在的问题并分析弊端,最后借鉴外国经验并给出了改革建议。
Electoral system is one important manifestation of democracy,demarcation of constituencies is important conditions for election.More representatives by the foreign division of the concentration of a comparative analysis of selection,combined with our constituency electoral system and analyze the problems by defects,and finally learn from foreign experience and give recommendations for reformation.
