基本公共服务均等化视角下完善云南省社会保障体系的思考

Reflections on Bettering Social Welfare Systems

近年来,云南省的社会保障体系建设取得了一定成绩,但现实中,体系的不完善与人民群众日益增长的社会保障需求之间仍然呈现出一种矛盾关系。因此,不断完善覆盖城乡居民的社会保障体系,仍然是"十二五"期间云南省经济社会发展的重中之重,是云南和谐稳定的重要保障。

A relative progress has been made in the social welfare systems in Yunnan in recent years.But there is still a long way to go to meet the increasing demand of people.Much has to be done in the Twelve-Five Period of Yunnan Economic Development so as to maintain a harmonious and stable growth.
