基于博弈论视角下的仓储融资行为分析

Analysis of Warehouse Financing Business Based on the Game Theory

中小企业融资难是我国金融改革和经济发展中一个急需解决的问题,如何再造商业银行与中小企业间和谐融资模式,是解决融资瓶颈的关键。仓储融资作为物流金融或供应链金融的一种创新模式,受到越来越多学者的关注。本文运用动态博弈模型,分析仓储融资模式下银行、仓储物流及中小企业三方的博弈行为,得出如下结论:银行、中小企业选择委托仓储物流节点,仓储物流节点选择接受双方委托,从而开展仓储融资业务,这一行为是融资过程中三方博弈的结果。

Small and medium-sized enterprise（SME）financing business is an urgent problem to be need in financial reform and economic development of China,So the harmony model between commercial banks（CB） and SME how to rebuild is the key issue to resolve bottleneck of financing.As an innovative model of financial logistics or supply chain finance,warehouse financing has been widely attended by scholars.Based on the dynamic game models this paper analyzes the game among CB,warehouse and SME in warehouse financing model,and concludes that it is an infallible result of tripartite game in the course of financing,which carrying on warehouse financing,when CB and SME choose principle,while warehouse chooses agent.
