摘要
本文从平衡记分卡的思路和方法入手,以高职院校的发展战略和办学使命为出发点,将高职院校的绩效评价转化为具体的实现方法,为实施方案提供一些实用的操作框架,旨在促进高职院校更新战略思维,提高整体素质与竞争能力。
The paper analyzes in a Practical way to transform effectiveness evaluation based on banlanced scorecard thought as well as developing strategy for higher vocational colleges and provides some practical managing frames,only by doing that can the colleges upgrade their full-scale quality and improve their competitiveness.
