数字化三维塑形钛网个体化治疗颅骨缺损的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨采用数字化三维塑形技术进行个体化颅骨缺损修补的临床应用价值。方法选择2005年1月至2010年6月先后采用钛网手工成形术和数字化三维塑形成形术病例共65例,比较两者的塑形质量、并发症、手术时间和钛钉使用数量。结果手工成形组2例出现头皮坏死、11例成型效果较差;数字化三维塑形无一例出现头皮坏死,成型效果满意。结论计算机数字化三维塑形钛网颅骨修补术达到了生理解剖形态上的成形,并发症少,取得满意的临床整形效果。 Objective To evaluate the clinical application of digital three-dimensional image formation in individual titanium mesh for repairing skull defect.Methods 65 cases suffered from skull defect were cured by hand-plasty with titanium mesh and digital three-dimensional shaping angioplasty from Jan 2005 to June 2010.Two groups were compared in the shaping quality,operating time and number of screws used.Results 2 cases of group of hand-plasty had scalp necrosis,11 cases were in bad shape.There are no complication in digital three-dimensional shaping.All patients got satisfactory clinical results in digital three-dimensional shaping.Conclusion The three-dimensional shaping of digital computers titanium mesh cranioplasty would reach up to the physiologico-anatomic plasty morphologically,less complications and satisfactory results of clinical plasty.
