重力沉降法制备SiO_2光子晶体及其光学性质

摘要 采用重力沉降法在载玻片上制备了三维SiO2光子晶体,用扫描电子显微镜和紫外-可见分光光度计分别表征了样品的微结构和光学特性。结果表明:SiO2微球在三维方向上均为密堆积排列,由于(111)平面的布拉格反射,样品在[111]方向显示出光子带隙。随着SiO2球粒径的增大,光子带隙的中心波长位置发生红移,而且光子带隙的性质与沉积温度密切相关。 Three-dimensional SiO2 photonic crystals were fabricated on glass slides by gravity sedimentation method.Microstructure and optical properties of the samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and UV-visible spectrometer,respectively.The results reveal that SiO2 spheres are arranged in a close-packed way in three-dimensional directions.The samples show photonic band gaps due to Bragg reflection of the(111) planes.The center wavelength of the photonic band gap shows a red shift with the increasing size of SiO2 sphere.Moreover,the properties of photonic band gap are relevant to deposition temperature.
