藻对阳离子桃红X-FG的可见光降解研究

摘要 藻类污染已成为全球性问题,湖泊蓝藻水华爆发频繁。文章以高压汞灯为模拟光源,就蓝藻水华中优势品种之一的鱼腥藻对阳离子桃红X-FG染料的可见光降解进行了研究。结果表明:在高压汞灯照射下,鱼腥藻对阳离子桃红X-FG染料有明显的降解作用;pH值是影响降解的重要因素;掺藻浓度和光照强度都直接影响降解的速度和程度。为利用蓝藻治理染料废水,实现蓝藻的有效资源化提供借鉴和参考。 The algae pollution has become a worldwide problem and the cyanobacteria bloom in lakes occurs frequently. With high - pressure mercury lamp as analog light , This paper analyzes the process of visible light - degradation of cation pink X - FG by Anabaena ,which is one kind of predominant species leading to cyanobacteria bloom. The results show that under the irradiation of high - pressure mercury lamp , the anabaena has an obvious effect on the degradation of cation pink X - FG; pH value is a key factor of the degradation; algae concentration and visible light intensity both have direct effects on the speed and degree of degradation. This paper can offer a scientific reference to the disposal of the dyestuff wastewater by cyanobacteria and to the reclamation of cyanobacteria.
