摘要
加入WTO以后,我国境外消费教育服务贸易发展迅速,来华留学人数屡创新高,自2005年来华留学人数一直超过我国出国留学人数,但是教育服务贸易总额却仍呈逆差态势,从境外消费角度分析我国教育服务贸易逆差的原因以及对策。
Since the entry of WTO,there has been a continuous increase in China＇s consumption of overseas educational service,while on the other hand,the number of overseas students to China has also reached new heights.Since 2005,there has always been more international students to China than Chinese people studying abroad.However a deficit in the education service trade does exist.This paper discusses the causes and countermeasures of the deficit from the perspective of overseas consumption.
