ERCC1在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及意义

摘要 目的探讨ERCC1在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及对化疗疗效的影响。方法 采用免疫组化法检测24例子宫内膜癌和同期20例正常子宫内膜组织中ERCC1蛋白的表达。结果 24例子宫内膜癌组织中ERCC1蛋白阳性表达率为66.67%(16/24),20例正常子宫内膜组织中ERCC1蛋白阳性表达率为25.00%(5/20),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。24例子宫内膜癌组织中,ERCC1蛋白阴性表达8例,化疗有效3例;ERCC1蛋白总阳性表达16例,化疗有效5例;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 子宫内膜癌组织中ERCC1呈高表达。ERCC1在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达状态直接影响化疗疗效;ERCC1的表达状态有利于指导我们选择化疗方案,并对化疗疗效进行评估。 Objective To investigate the expressions of ERCC1 in endometrial carcinoma and the effect on chemotherapy.Methods The expressions of ERCC1 in 24 patients with endometrial carcinoma as well as 20 patients with normal endometrium were assembled with immunohistochemistry.Results The positive expression rate of ERCC1 was 66.67% in the 24 patients with endometrial carcinoma and 25.00% in the 20 patients with normal endometrium(P0.05).Of the 8 patients with ERCC1 negative expressions,3 cases had efficacious chemotherapy;of the 16 patients with ERCC1 positive expressions,5 cases had efficacious chemotherapy(P0.05). Conclusion The expressions of ERCC1 in endometrial carcinoma were higher than those in normal endometrium;the expressions of ERCC1 in endometrial carcinoma have the direct influence on chemotherapy;it can guide chemotherapy,and evaluate the effect.
