川穹嗪对放射性肺损伤防治作用的临床观察

The Clinical Research of Chuanqiongqin in Preventing and Treating Radiation-Induced Pulmonary Injury

目的探讨川穹嗪对胸部恶性肿瘤患者放疗后放射性肺损伤的防治作用。方法 120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予放疗;治疗组给予放疗加川穹嗪治疗,川穹嗪160 mg加入质量分数5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL中,静脉滴注,1次/d。观察两组患者放射性肺炎和放射性肺纤维化的发生率。结果治疗组放射性肺炎和放射性肺纤维化发生率为18.3%和20.0%,均低于对照组的36.7%和38.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论川穹嗪可以降低放疗后放射性肺炎及放射性肺纤维化的发生率,对放射性肺损伤具有防治作用。

Objective To investigate the effects of chuanqiongqin injection on preventing and treating radiation-induced pulmonary injury.Methods All the 120 cases were divided into the treatment group and the control group.All the patients were treated with radiation.The patients in the treatment group were injected with chuanqiongqin injection 160 mg.The occurrence rates of radiation-induced pulmonary injury were observed.Results In the treatment group,the occurrence rates of radiation-induced pneumonia and pulmonary fibrosis were 18.3% and 20.0% respectively.In the control group,the occurrence rates of radiation pneumonia and radiation fibrosis of lung were 36.7% and 38.3% respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Chuanqiongqin injection can decrease the occurrence rates of radiation pneumonia and radiation fibrosis of lung.
