The new progress in shearography

摘要 在共光路干涉中,剪切干涉法已在很多领域有着广泛的应用。该方法有其独特的优越性,也存在局限性。这导致剪切干涉法只能在特定的条件下测量某些特定量。本文主要讨论干涉法的这些优缺点,并总结一些新进展,如剪切干涉中的相移技术,二维剪切干涉技术和剪切干涉中的载波技术。所有这些进展都是为了扩展剪切干涉法的应用领域,提高该方法的精度,并实现自动测量。 As common-path interferometers,shearography(shear interferometer) has been widely used in many fields.It has some special advantages as well as some disadvantages.This leads to the result that shearography can only be used in some special conditions for some special use.In this paper,both the advantages and the disadvantages are discussed.Some new progress,such as,the phase-shift in shearography,two-dimensional shearography and the photo-carrier in shearography,are proposed.All of the new progress is developed in the aim of extending the application field,improving the processing accuracy and realizing automatic measurement.
