摘要
目的探讨依达拉奉对脑梗死患者脑脊液中TNF-α与神经功能缺损的影响。方法将66例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。治疗组使用依达拉奉注射液30 mg加入250 mL生理盐水,静脉滴注,1次/d。对照组使用等容积安慰剂生理盐水。两组分别于治疗前和治疗后第14天行腰椎穿刺术抽取脑脊液约3 mL,用ELISA法检测TNF-α的含量。结果治疗后两组TNF-α含量及神经功能缺损评分均低于治疗前(P<0.01);治疗组TNF-α含量及神经功能缺损评分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论依达拉奉能抑制脂质过氧化,减少氧自由基生成,还能防止血管内皮细胞损伤,发挥有益的抗缺血作用,改善脑梗死所致神经功能缺损症状;加速受损神经功能恢复;降低伤残率。
Objective To explore the effects of edaravone on TNF-α in cerebrospinal fluid and the neurologic impairment in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 66 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The treatment group received 30 mg of edaravone in 250 mL of normal saline,once a day through intravenous infusion.The control group received equal volume of saline placebo.About 3 mL of cerebrospinal fluid was taken through lumbar puncture before the treatment and 14 days after the treatments to detect the TNF-α levels.Results After treatments,the levels of TNF-α and the neurological deficit scores were both lower in the two groups than those before treatments(P0.01).The level of TNF-α and neurological deficit scores in the treatment group were both lower than those in the control group(P0.01).ConclusionEdaravone can inhibit lipid peroxidation,reduce oxygen free radicals,prevent endothelial cell injury,produce useful anti-ischemic effects,improve the symptoms of neurological impairment caused by cerebral infarction,accelerate the recovery of nerve function impairment and lower disability rate.
