Predetermination on the stability of safflower parenteral solution with IAR HPLC

目的:测定红花注射液的有效期。方法:将样品在不同的温度下进行恒温加速试验,采用高效液相色谱法测定含量,初均速法预测样品有效期。结果:初均速-HPLC法预测红花注射液的稳定性方法可靠,数据准确。结论:红花注射液的有效期为t0.95=13 mon。

Objective： To determine the effective date of safflower parenteral solution.Methods： The samples were conducted accelerating examination at different temperature in the ways of the constant temperature,the contents of different samples were determined by HPLC,the effective date was decided by initial average rate method.Results： HPLC method to estimate safflower parenteral solution at the initial average rate was the stable method for liquid credibility,the data of which was accurate.Conclusion： The effective date of safflower parenteral solution is 13 month.
