心理辅导在本科男护生专业思想教育中的应用

Application of Psychological Counselling in Male Nursing College Students' Professional Thought Education

为调查本科男护生专业思想存在的问题并采取相应的心理辅导,提高他们对护理学专业的认知度和认同度,选取2005级高考统招护理学专业的本科男生为研究对象,采用单组实验法比较心理辅导前后本科男护生专业思想的差异。结果为在认知度方面,实习后极显著高于实习前(X2=40.32,P<0.01)和入学时(X2=36.72,P<0.01),实习前高于入学时(X2=44.64,P<0.01);在认同度方面,实习后极显著高于实习前(X2=38.37,P<0.01)和入学时(X2=40.54,P<0.01),实习前高于入学时(X2=44.06,P<0.01)。通过对本科男护生进行针对性心理辅导,提高了他们的专业认知度和认同度,既培养了科学的专业意识,同时培育了良好的专业热情。

Objective： Investigating the existing problems in the thoughts of male nursing college students and adopting the corresponding metal counseling so as to improve the level of their cognition and agreement towards Nursing.Method： Choosing male nursing undergraduates in Class 2005 as the studying objects and using the single-group experiment to compare the thought differences before and after receiving the psychological counselling.Result： In cognition,it is extremely more remarkable after receiving practice than attending the practice（X2=40.32,P0.01）and than before entering the college（X2=36.72,P0.01）;in agreement,it is extremely higher after practice than before practice,（X2=38.37,P0.01）and than before entering the college（X2=40.54,P0.01）,while it is still higher before practising than it is,after their entering the college（X2=44.06,P0.01）.Conclusion： Through the psychological counseling of the male nursing college students,it not only improves their cognition and agreement of their speciality but cultivates the professional consciousness and good professional enthusiasm as well.
