广西文化版图主要由四个版块组成。以北部湾为代表的桂南文化是其中重要的组成部分,这种文化的本质是海洋文化。北部湾海洋文化的精粹主要有两种:海上丝绸之路和珍珠文化。海洋文化与山区文化最大的区别就是包容性和浪漫性。北海以其包容的文化性格,为移民作家提供了一个非常宜人的物质生活与精神文化空间。

Guangxi cultural territory consists of domains.The south Guangxi culture represented by Beibu Gulf is the important component,whose nature is sea culture.There are two essences of Beibu Gulf sea culture ： maritime silk road and pearl culture.The biggest difference between sea culture and pearl culture is inclusiveness and romanticism.Beihai offers immigrant writers a very pleasing material and spiritual space in the character of inclusiveness.
