摘要
用玻璃陶瓷法制备了BaFe12- 2x (CoSn)xO19(x= 0,0.40,0.60,0.80,1.0)微粉,研究了微粉粒子的晶化过程,微粉的磁性对粒子形态、结构及CoSn 替代量x 的依赖关系,测量并讨论了粒子表面自旋倾斜对比饱和磁化强度的影响。
The Co Sn substituted barium ferrite fine particles, BaFe 12-2 x (CoSn) x O 19 (x=0,0.40,0.60,0.80 and 1.0) were prepared by glass ceramic method. The crystallization process, and the effects of morphology, structure and Co Sn substitution on the magnetic properties were studied. The influence of the surface spin canting on the σ s of fine particles was measured and discussed.
