摘要
为了预防和控制覆冰引起的输电网事故,对输电线路进行覆冰厚度的显得非常必要。为此,提出了基于图像处理技术的输电线路覆冰检测方法,包括数字图像处理方法、步骤、计算方法和软件设计。所提出的方法可以自动实现对输电线路架空线覆冰及覆冰厚度的检测和报警。
It is necessary to detect the icing thickness of transmission lines in order to make prevention and control the icing-caused failures of power systems.This paper proposes a new icing detection method based on image processing technology,including the digital image processing method,procedure,calculation method and software design.The propposed method can realize automatically checkout and warring to the icing and its thickness of overhead transmission lines.
