摘要 对用Co2+ 、Ti4+ 置换Fe3+ 的BaMnZnW 型铁氧体的制备和微波吸收性能进行了分析研究。发现涂层厚为1.06m m 在7.0~12.0GHz 频率范围内有三个损耗吸收峰,峰值最高达34dB以上;同时测量了复数磁导率μ~ (= μ′- jμ″) ,复介电常数ε~ (= ε′- jε″) ,求出了磁损耗角正切tgδm 和介电损耗角正切tgδe ,初步分析了三个损耗吸收峰可能产生的机制;比较了在相同工艺条件下,随Co2+ 、Ti4+ 含量增加。 In this paper, the preparation of BaMnZn W type hexagonal plane crystal microwave absorbing materials and their absorption properties have been studied and analysized by substituting Fe 3+ ions with Co 2+ and Ti 4+ ions. It is found that when the coat thickness is 1.06 mm, three loss absorption peaks appear in the range of 7~12GHz frequencies and the maximum absorption is above 34dB. In the meantime, the complex permeability μ~(=μ′- j μ″) and the complex permittivity ε~(=ε′- j ε″) are measured, and the magnetic loss  tg δ m  and the dielectric loss  tg δ e  have been determined, by which the possible origin of the three loss absorption peaks has been preliminarily discussed. With increasing the contents of Co 2+ and Ti 4+ ions in the materials prepared with the same process the frequency and coat thickness dependence of absorption properties has also been compared.
