摘要
以包钢高炉布袋除尘灰、二氧化硅、氧化钙、氧化铝为主要原料,采用熔融法制备CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系微晶玻璃.利用DSC,SEM等方法对该玻璃体系进行测试,探讨了微晶玻璃中布袋除尘灰含量对晶化行为的影响.试验结果表明,布袋除尘灰含量的利用率可达到50%.本研究为包钢高炉布袋除尘灰综合利用提供了途径,并有效地解决了环境污染和占地问题.
Taking blast furnace dust bag,silica,calcium oxide and aluminum oside as the main raw material,Cao-Al2O3-SiO2 system glass-ceramic was prepared by melting method.The effect of dust bag content on the crystallization behavior in the glass ceramic was investigated using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and other means.Test results show that the utilization of dust bag may reach 50%.In this study,a way was found to comprehensively utilizae of blast furnace dust bag,which may effectively solve the problem of environmental pollution.
