Hot deformation behavior of Q345B microalloyed steel

摘要 利用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机对V,Ti,Nb微合金化Q345B低合金高强度结构钢(HSLA)进行了高温单道次压缩实验.测量了不同变形温度和变形速率下该钢的变形行为,分析了各变形参数对该钢动态再结晶和变形抗力的影响,得出动态再结晶激活能为451.47 kJ.mol-1,并且得出峰值应力和峰值应变都与lnZ之间的关系近似于直线. The high temperature single-pass compression experiment was carried out with Gleeble-1500D thermal simulator for V-Ti-Nb microalloyed Q345B steel(HSLA).The deformation behaviors of this steel under different deformation temperatures and deformation rates were measured and the influence of different process parameters on the dynamic recrystallization and deformation resistance was analyzed.The results show that the value of Qdef is 451.47 kJ.mol-1,and the peak stress and the peak strain are approximately linear with ln Z.
