摘要
PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)因为机械性能方面存在的一些缺陷限制了其应用.通过向PTFE中添加TiO2颗粒,制得改性PTFE材料,并对其力学性能和摩擦性能进行测试,以讨论TiO2颗粒添加量对PTFE材料的影响.
The defects in mechanical properties for PTFE(polytetrafluoroethylene) limit its applications.TiO2 modified polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) composite materials were prepared by adding TiO2 particles into the PTFE.The mechanical and tribological properties of the composites were investigated.The results indicate that the properties of PTFE are in close relation to the content of TiO2 particles.When 40% TiO2 particles were introduced into PTFE,the composite exhibits the best properties.
