无缝钢管定减径过程的有限元模拟计算

摘要 根据某厂11机架定减径机组轧制工艺,建立了无缝钢管定减径过程的三维热-力耦合有限元模型,分析模型考虑了多种这界条件.通过计算研究了N80级无缝钢管定减径前温度对定减径后的壁厚偏差、外径偏差的影响.结果表明,定减径温度对钢管的壁厚偏差影响不大,而对外径偏差影响较大;随着定减径温度的升高,钢管的外径偏差逐渐降低. Based on rolling technology of 11 reducing-sizing mill groups,a 3D thermal-force coupling finite element model was established for seamless steel pipe's reducing-sizing process,in which many kinds of boundary conditions were considered.The influence of temperature before reducing-sizing on the wall thickness deviation and external diameter deviation after the reducing-sizing was researched through calculating the N80 seamless steel pipe's reducing-sizing process.The results showed that the influence of temperature before the reducing-sizing is small on the wall thickness deviation and significant on the external diameter deviation.The external diameter deviation was reduced with the rise of temperature.
