摘要
轧辊表面裂纹是轧辊工作时常出现的损伤现象,轧辊使用中必须进行裂纹损伤检测.通过建立含表面裂纹轧辊的有限元模型,计算轧辊的固有频率和振型,分析了轧辊表面裂纹位置和深度对轧辊固有频率的影响规律,为探索通过振动特性识别轧辊的裂纹损伤提供了基础.
Roller's surface crack is an injury phenomenon which often appears when the roller is working,so it is necessary to detect crack damage.A finite element model of roller with surface crack was established to calculate the roller's natural frequency and mode,and the influence of the position and depth of surface crack on the roller's natural frequency was analyzed,providing the basis for the identification of roller's crack damage by vibration characteristics.
