红外热像仪测温计算与误差分析

Calculation and Error Analysis of Temperatore Measurement Using Thermal Imager

根据红外辐射理论，通过分析红外热像仪测温的基本原理，得到了计算被测表面真实温度的通用计算公式；讨论了影响红外热像仪测量温度误差的各种因素，给出了估计测温误差的计算公式。本文的结果包含了人们在灰体近似等条件下得到的一些特例。

Based on the theory of infrared radiation and the prindples of temperature measurementusing thennal imager, the fonnulas of the real temperature calctilating of a target surface were presented. The error of temperature measurement are discussed and appropriate fonnulas for errorcalctilation were obtained. Some preceding resultS were identined with those fonnulas.
